Pineapple, Banana and Berry Blast Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 medium size banana
1 cup strawberries, raspberries, blue or blackberries
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt (optional protein addition)
Blend all ingredients and pour over ice. Jump into car and drive safely!
