So I thought sea bass was high in vitamin B12. Turns out it’s striped bass. (Yes, I need to boost my B12 consumption.) So my runner up fish was staring at me, feeling unloved. To the rescue-sauteed carrots, ginger root, celery, onions, and a pine nut slaw. Pan fried in olive oil, the fishy story ends well.
