Maasdam Sandwich

Just had a fabulous Smoked Maasdam and Turkey sandwich on whole grain (from Global Foods). Maasdam is a Dutch cheese, made to compete with Swiss Emmental. Definitely softer and sweeter, more like a gouda with tiny holes. It’s nice to play with unique cheeses.
